These ones were just quick and easy, thats real Viola that ive used, Ive had the heads drying for a few weeks. These backgrounds were just made by messing about with paints and sponging, messy but lots of fun.

Ive been messing about with acrylic paints and glossy accents ( which is great stuff). Had a great night just playing its been ages since i made this many in one go, I just ran out of time , but got about 12 done. Some im not showing yet as I have done them specifically to send to a couple of people so i will show those in a few days. I have another Scrapbook looming which needs my attention so im glad i had a good run on these last night before I start with that.

Where have I been?

Im very sorry Ive been AWOL........
Ive had alot on this last week, including the fact we bought a Wii Fit and Ive been side tracked with that sorry, However I made this last night, which is to send to someone ( who I hope likes it ) but I was pleased with it so i just wanted to share. I know its a while since you all did shrines but they are new to me, Ive had so much on Im just getting to try them now.

New Atcs for Trade

Only managed to get 5 atcs done yesterday, hopefully more tomorrow.
I was severely side tracked with ELVIS, Im afraid it spilled over to day 2 this year..... Sorry.

Until Tomorrow

Im turning off my computer now as its been on for a long time today.
I am still watching Elvis until 4.30am when Kid Galahad finishes on ITV.
as well as all the films, documentaries, concerts etc that ive been watching , I have also been watching the live web cams at Graceland. There has been an amazing amount of people visiting there today, they are so lucky, it must be brilliant to get the chance to actually visit Graceland. That would be a dream come true for me.
I will be going to bed at 4.30 am for how long I dont know. So I would just like to say I am still having a fantastic birthday and once again Thank you to everyone for all of the birthday wishes today. The 31st anniversary of Elvis's passing has been another wonderful , memorable birthday for me. Cheers xx

Another August Birthday

Oops, I nearly forgot this birthday card.......
This card is for my work collegue Peter, who adores Daniel Craig.
Its always hard doing blokes cards, but i hope he likes it all the same.
Peter is the Operations Director, and was in his element when Daniel took the role of 007.
Its his birthday on Friday 15th, so I hope he has a great time, He has taken a long weekend off work so I imagine he has lots planned. Happy Birthday Peter........

Tonights Crop

Just got back from Crop and this is all I managed to do, other than some chatting, LOL.
I think its a bit too dark tho tonight and you cant see the colours very well, so i might need to re photograph in a better light at a later date . Sorry.

Busy August Birthdays

Ive got alot of birthdays this month so after making Lindas card I decided to get the rest made too.
Had a great day....The gothic one with 14 on it was one of last years for my friends son and this year i was struggling for an idea, anyway hes in a band called "razor date" so that explins that card, just in case you thought it was a weird choice......
