Lots to do - Embossing
This is my embossing for this weeks Lots to Do challenge.
I would be totally lost without my Cuttlebug I use it all the time .
This die cut and embossing set for butterflys is also a favourite of mine.
After I have embossed them I rub them with distress inks to get the colours to match my work.
These pictures are my grandparents on their wedding day , my grandmother as a young woman , and my mother as a young woman. They are all images from my vintage family photo collection.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

WOW Jaqi, what lovely momentos you have of them
Thanks for sharing and playing along with Lotstodo this week - Sam xxx
beautiful pages jaqi - thanks for sharing them with us on Lotstodo xx Hilda
Hey Jaqi, these are sublime ... I have a cuttlebug but rarely use it.... yet! Your pages really are special x
Thank you , I would be lost without my Cuttlebug, It gets used everyday. I love the way you can use dies from other machines in it too , I have a good range of alphabets and its saved me a fortune being able to make my own titles and embellishments.
Ive even embossed bits of tin pop can and even that looks amazing , the tin can cuts ok with sharp scissors and then goes well in the embossing folders, makes lovely embellishments although you need to be careful of sharp edges.
Amazing work Jaqi, love all the detail. Thank you for your lovely comment.
Hugs Kate xx
