Lots to Do - Butterflies and or Insects
This is my entry for this week Lots to Do which is Butterflies and or Insects.
Luckily I have managed to match up another one of my vintage family photos to the challenge again.
This image is one of my Paternal Grandmother Isabella "Bella" Lavery.
She and my Grandfather had 7 children of which my Dad was the eldest son, In order of their age there was , Edna, Jennie, Edward ( Eddie-my Dad), Thomas ( who was once the artist who drew the Broons and Oor Wullie featured in the Sunday Post Newspaper)
Alan, Joseph and Malcolm.
Sadly they are all deceased now apart from Alan who lives in Canada.
My Grandfather had a large garden and grew all of his own vegetables , and also flowers. This image shows my Grandmother after having picked a cabbage from the garden.
Once again I used my butterfly cuttlebug cutter and embossing wallets. I use these butterflies so often I love the way you can make them so different each time with various colours of distress ink the possibilities are endless.
The patturned vellum I used has dragonflies on it and I managed to find a peel off of a bee to add also.
I really enjoyed doing this layout , thanks for stopping by my blog I really appriciate it.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.
